In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

88fdb reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, upon withdrawal request, following unusual account activity, or on a periodic compliance basis. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

To access the full range of 88fdb services, including real-money gaming and sports betting, you must register a single account on the platform. The following conditions govern the account registration process:

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 88fdb platform. Accounts that fail verification checks may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Account integrity: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information held on your account. It is your responsibility to notify 88fdb promptly at [email protected] if any of your registered details change.

88fdb reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the platform; 88fdb may suspend or close accounts that are found to be in breach of these terms at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 88fdb account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply to all 88fdb account holders:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• You must select a strong, unique password for your 88fdb account and not reuse it across other platforms or services.

The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activity on the 88fdb platform, including cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 88fdb at the quoted odds at the time of placement. 88fdb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error or where a bet is placed after an event has commenced (except where in-play betting is explicitly offered).
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed and accepted are the odds that will apply to that wager. Subsequent odds movements after acceptance do not affect confirmed bets.
• Abandoned and postponed events: If a sporting event is officially abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum play requirements for settlement have been met, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Minimum play requirements vary by sport and are stated in the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket and other sports events. In-play odds move rapidly and reflect real-time match conditions. 88fdb reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time due to technical or operational reasons.
• Maximum payout: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit will not be paid regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Integrity: 88fdb cooperates with sport integrity organisations and reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where match-fixing or corruption is suspected or confirmed by a competent authority.

88fdb provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you can deposit into your 88fdb account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss limits: Set a ceiling on the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the period resets.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88fdb platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any 88fdb content without express written authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 88fdb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By registering an account on the 88fdb platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
